About The Practice

For over thirty years, we have assisted thousands of clients with a focus on residential real estate, wills, estates, and criminal law. Honesty and integrity are two of our core values. We are not a large firm where you'll just be a name in a case file; as a small business, we're dedicated to getting to know each of our clients in order to best address their concerns and diligently represent them to achieve the best possible results. We know the law can be confusing; that's why we pride ourselves on our availability and encourage our clients to contact us, be it by email or phone, whenever they have any questions or concerns. Our clients' best interests are always our number one priority.

Sharon Weintraub Dashow

Sharon Weintraub Dashow was admitted to the Bar in 1982, after graduating from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1981.  Upon graduation, she joined the firm of Honig & Smerling, a New York City based general practice firm, where she worked as an associate. She then served as a Law Clerk to Judge Rose Rubin, who presided over criminal cases in the New York State Supreme Court. In 1988, Sharon established her own law firm.  Sharon has also been of counsel to other firms who have retained her to represent their clients in appellate matters, including the drafting of briefs and oral arguments in the appellate Courts.

Sharon’s passion for law is matched by her passion for charitable endeavors.  She established the Eugene Zitwer Foundation, a charity that provides emotional support for seriously ill children in New York Metropolitan area hospitals. She continues her volunteer services as Treasurer of that charity, a position she has held since the charity’s inception. Sharon also serves on the Board of Manetto Hill Jewish Center and has held various positions there for the past thirty years.
